This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what your rights are under the UK GDPR. We're a small consultancy — this is a deliberately short notice in the brand voice rather than a 30-page boilerplate. If anything is unclear, write to hello@humanbehaviour.ai.
What we collect
Three things, in three places.
- The diagnostic. When you finish the 6 C's diagnostic, we collect your business email address, the eighteen Likert answers you gave, the named pattern computed from them, and whether you ticked the “30-min call” checkbox. We do not collect your name, your IP, or anything that identifies you beyond the email.
- Project enquiries. If you write to us via the contact form, we collect your name, organisation, email, and the sentence you wrote about what's moving.
- Analytics. We use Plausible — a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track across sites, and does not collect personal data. It tells us which pages get visited; nothing more.
Why we collect it
The diagnostic email exists so we can send you the bearing report you asked for — that is the entire purpose, and the lawful basis is contract / your explicit request. The enquiry form exists so we can reply to you. Analytics exist so we can tell whether the writing on this site is reaching anyone.
How long we keep it
Diagnostic submissions and enquiry messages are retained for twelve months. After that they're deleted unless you have asked us to follow up further or we have an ongoing engagement with your organisation. Plausible analytics are aggregate by design and contain no personal data.
Who we share it with
We use Resend to send transactional email and Vercel to host the site. Both are reputable processors with their own privacy notices. We do not sell, lend, or trade your email. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly opt in elsewhere.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can exercise any of these by emailing hello@humanbehaviour.ai — we'll respond within a working week. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you think we've handled your data badly.
Changes
If we materially change anything on this page, we'll revise the date at the top and note what changed. Minor edits (typos, link fixes) won't bump the date.
