The readiness assessment
The readiness assessment is a self-assessment tool. What it produces — the score, the three readings, the suggested starting point, and the emailed report — is informational. The report's commentary is generated by an AI model from your answers and may contain errors. It is not a regulated advisory product, not a substitute for working with us in person, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Use it to identify questions to discuss with us.

Our writing, here and on our Substack, reflects our current thinking. It may be wrong; it may be revised; it is published in good faith as opinion and analysis, not advice for your specific situation.
Intellectual property
The assessment questions, scoring and report format, the brand system, and the writing on this site are ours. You're welcome to quote, cite, or reference them with attribution to humanbehaviour.ai — please don't copy them wholesale, rebrand, or claim them as your own.
Engagements
The public assessment and its emailed report are free and covered by these website terms. Paid executive coaching, strategy, implementation, training and advisory work are covered by a separate engagement letter agreed with you in writing.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us for that use — which, for the public site, is zero.
Changes
We may revise these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be flagged briefly here.
